No-Bake Energy Bites: Protein Balls

1 cup (dry) oatmeal

1/2 cup Chocolate or Vanilla Shaklee 180 Protein Mix

1/2 cup chocolate chips

1/2 cup peanut/almond butter

1/2 cup ground flaxseed

1/2 cup honey/pure maple syrup

1 tsp. vanilla (optional)

Put all ingredients in a bowl.  Stir until everything is moist. Roll into bite sized balls.  FREEZE leftovers.




1/2 cup of organic creamy almond butter

1/2 cup of Shaklee 180 Cafe Latte Smoothee Mix

1/2 cup of Kashi Go Lean Crisp Toasted Berry Crumble

1/4 cup of organic honey

Stir it all together and roll into balls. YUM! Delicious and nutritious. :)


Barb’s Protein Balls

1 cup Shaklee Energizing Soy protein – Creamy Cocoa  ( or Shaklee 180 Smoothie Mix)

1 cup Oats

1/3 cup honey

Mix together, roll into balls, refrigerate.


Hey Protein! Peanut Butter Bites

Simple, easy, delicious, and yes, slightly addictive. Great for kids and adults. Lots of room to be creative.

You need:
1 c. natural peanut butter
1 c. Shaklee protein (I used Instant Soy, but there are lots of options including chocolate. Yum).
1/3 c. honey

Optional ingredients include:
1/3 c Chia seeds
1/3 c. coconut flakes

Very complicated instructions:
Mix it all up.
Roll into balls.
Put in fridge.
Try to exude enough self control to not eat them all in two days
If you cannot, freeze some.
